Flow is not a mood you wait for. It is a measurable neurochemical gear, with a cycle you can read on an EEG and trace through five brain chemicals. Once you can see the cycle, you can engineer for it. That is the whole idea behind the drink and the protocol.
01 / The four-stage flow cycle
Four stages, in order, every time.
Researchers describe flow as a loop with four distinct phases. You cannot skip one. Most products only fuel the bright middle and leave you stranded at the hard edges. We engineered the formula to carry the whole loop, the friction at the start and the landing at the end included.
The struggle

Acetylcholine
