The numbers. And the people behind them.

We ran a twelve-week trial with 240 testers and measured each one against their own baseline week. Below is what the data said, followed by what the testers said. We have not edited the reviews. The honest middle is part of the picture.

01 / Twelve weeks, measured

What the trial found.

0 reported faster time to focus
0 longer average deep-work block
0 average onset to flow
0 reported afternoon crash

Self-reported by 240 testers across a twelve-week trial, measured against their own baseline week. Your mileage is your own, but the pattern was consistent.

The unit of progress

A longer block beats a longer day.

Across the trial the headline was not more hours, it was deeper ones. Testers were not working longer. They were getting more out of the block they already had, and walking away without the crash that usually follows.

02 / The detail underneath

The numbers we did not put on the can.

0 testers in the cohort
0 length of the trial
0 still running the protocol at week twelve
0 mean rating across the cohort

Retention is the figure we are proudest of. A drink can buy you a good day once. Seventy-one per cent still on the protocol after twelve weeks says the habit held, which is the only result that compounds.

03 / In their words

Rated by the people who ran it.

The full rating, the form to leave your own, and every review the cohort left. Unedited, in their words. Read the three-star ones too. They are where the honest detail lives.

Three hours of genuinely deep work on a single can, then a clean landing. No crash, no fog. It has replaced my second coffee entirely.

The caffeine to theanine ratio is exactly right. Focused but calm, which is a hard thing to find in a can. The matte black design is a bonus.

I use it for long writing sessions. The taste is so restrained it never distracts, and the focus holds far longer than coffee ever did.

Electrolytes plus a clean lift makes it brilliant mid-ride. No sugar slump halfway up the climb. Lime-dry and exactly what I want.
Greg MalloryEndurance cyclist
Late studio nights without the wired feeling. I can stay locked in on a mix and still wind down afterwards. Nothing else does that for me.

The morning session is when it matters most and Flow holds the line. Sharp, sustained, then a soft landing. Genuinely impressive formula.

I stopped waiting for the right mood. I drink, I start, and the gear is just there.
